Informative content
Descriptions, specifications, photos and videos of our machines are indicative and may change. We take care of their accuracy without being able to guarantee the absence of errors; only DQN's written offer binds DQN. Colours on screen may differ from the real shades (red RAL 3020, grey RAL 7016).

Simulator and dimensions
The Ergo-Line assembly line simulator helps you compose an installation and estimate its footprint. The dimensions shown are calculated from our product sheets and remain indicative: the final layout is validated with our technicians, based on the measurements of your workshop.

Quote requests and forms
The cart and the quote request are not an order: they allow us to prepare an offer. Prices are not shown on the site; they appear in the offer we send you. By filling in a form, you undertake to provide accurate information. Our forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA.
Your obligations

Intellectual property
Texts, photos, 3D renders, exploded views, logos, videos and the simulator are the property of DQN - DU QUESNE or its partners. You may consult and print them for your personal or internal professional use. Any other reproduction, modification or distribution, in particular for commercial purposes, requires our prior written consent. Technical documents (manuals, exploded views, certificates) are intended for the users of our machines.

Fair use of the site
It is forbidden to disrupt the operation of the site, to extract its data automatically, to bypass its protections or to use our forms for abusive or misleading submissions.
Liability and applicable law

Availability and external links
We strive to keep the site accessible but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or the absence of viruses or technical incidents. The site links to third-party services (Google Maps, YouTube, social networks, our distributors' websites) whose content we do not control.

Sales and warranty
Every order, delivery, warranty and invoice is governed by our general sales conditions, which prevail over these terms in case of conflict. A warranty parts request submitted through the site is examined under those same conditions.
