Efficient bead-breaker

Efficient bead-breaker with linear movement for direct pressure, and telescopic pre-adjustment of the pressure plate. This design prevents any damage to the rim of tyre. Extremely powerfull, it is unnecessary to deflate small tubeless tyres before bead-breaking.

Perfect clamping

Perfect clamping - externally - of all wheels from 10 to 23 inch diameter by radial movement of the four 'rim friendly' jaws. This autocentred sytem provides absolute horizontal centering of the wheel, whilst the incomparable stability of the turntable contributes to perfect working results.

Unique mounting tool, profiled, with an instant vertical and horizontal adjustment away from the rim. The design allows the mounting of tyres on rims with disengaged wheel flange.
Unlike other machines, there is no contact between the mounting tool with the rim during any of the fitting or de-mounting process.

Easy de-mounting

Easy de-Mounting of low-profile tyres or Runflat with the help of the RF arm. In its upper position, this accessory pushes the bead over a 360° rotation into the well of the rim allowing easy and stress-free leverage of the bead over the mounting tool. For extra security, a rim protector can be placed on the rim-edge to avoid any contact with the tyre-lever. Finally, as the turntable starts to rotate, the tyre-lever, unlike all other machines, stays in place and does not "fall" on to the rim.

Fast uplifting

Fast uplifting of normally unmanageable tyres. By applying the same principal with the RF arm, but in the lower position, the bottom bead can be raised up into the well of the rim and de-mounted without resistance.

Smooth mounting

Smooth mounting of the most rigid, regardless of profile, by the combined use of the RF arm and the rubber haft of the tyre-lever. This eliminates the tyre 'creeping back' over the rim when the turntable rotates. With tough, low-profile tyres or Runflat, the result is amazing.
